KidSport is a funding prorgram that enables eligible WA children aged 5-18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 per calendar year towards their club registration fees. The fees go directly to Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club.

Eligibility

To receive KidSport funding, you must meet the following criteria

• Be aged between 5 - 18 years
• You must be named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, with individual card number clearly displayed on the uploaded card.
• Registration must be for a KidSport approved Club

Please Note: From 1 Jan 2018, all voucher codes will have a 90-day expiry. This means from the date you receive your approval email you will have 90 days to provide your code to the club. Retrospective fess are not payable through KidSport
